Roketto is the baby sister of Wild Rocket restaurant in Singapore (one of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants), started by Chef Willin Low (founder of Modern-Singaporean or “Mod-Sin” cuisine). Lawyer-turned-chef Willin Low is one of Singapore’s most recognisable personalities. The New York Times named him as one of three chefs to change the Singapore culinary scene and the Financial Times selected Willin as one of Singapore’s best chefs.    

Chef Willin Low brings his signature Mod-Sin cuisine to the slopes of Niseko, serving casual noodle & rice bowls featuring South East Asian flavours with Japanese ingredients. Dishes include Bah Kut Teh Ramen, Laksa Udon, Singapore Bah Chor Mee Maze Ramen & Braised Pork Belly Donburi.  

In the evenings, the restaurant transforms into a bar with small plates & cocktails created by some of Asia's finest bartenders including the legendary master, Hidetsugu Ueno of Bar High Five Tokyo (World's & Asia's 50 Best Bars), Nick Wu of Bar Mood & East End Taipei (Asia's 50 Best Bars) & Colin Chia of Nutmeg & Clove (Asia's 50 Best Bars). The 3 of them also co-own #FindTheLockerRoom Bangkok.
